Ingredients

450g Carrs Breadmaker Strong White Flour - 40g Millet Grain
- 15g Skimmed Milk Powder
- 35g Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 20g Butter
- 1 ½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 40g Brazil Nuts, chopped
- 40g Chocolate Chips
- 290ml Water and 1 Medium Egg, mixed
Method
- Follow the manufacturers' instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients, and set your machine to the wholemeal setting, medium crust
